Dead End Path
To most of us, the city of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania is but a dot on the map. But Wilkes-Barre is currently home to one of the most flourishing hardcore scenes in the world, and Dead End Path is the future. With a 7" out on Triple B Records and appearances at several US hardcore festivals, the future is looking bright. Vocalist Uriah was kind enough to answer a couple of questions for us.
Danko Jones
Canadian trio Danko Jones have enjoyed the best part of fifteen years together as a musical act thanks to their honest take on hard rock. With the band’s fifth studio album, ‘Below the Belt’ hitting Australian record stores this month, the group’s front man and namesake, Danko Jones caught up with Killyourstereo to discuss the current music scene, touring with rock royalty, and some notable guests appearances on the band’s new video clip.
Deez Nuts
Love them or hate them, Deez Nuts’s no-nonsense and honest take on hardcore has seen the local act garner a solid following. With the band just returning from a successful European tour run and a second studio album entitled ‘This One’s for You’ hitting stores, front man JJ Peters was kind enough to chat with Killyourstereo about music, signing with Roadrunner Records, and Deez Nuts’s upcoming spot on this year’s Come Together festival line-up.
Dropsaw
Newcastle's Dropsaw have just finished a national tour with Evergreen Terrace and Casey Jones, and released their third album "Hard Justice" through Trial And Error Records. The band's bass player Roffey answered a few questions for us.
