Converse has announced the full list of upstart artists chosen as part of their global Rubber Tracks program.

As Killyourstereo.com reported in May, the initiative sees iconic studios across the world open their doors to allow free recording to selected musicians. Artists from 28 countries will feature in the program.

A selection of studios including London’s Abbey Road Studios, Los Angeles' Sunset Sound, and Berlin’s Hansa Tonstudio, as well as Converse‘s Rubber Tracks studios in Brooklyn and Boston now offer a two-week recording experience to the chosen bands, with the acts retaining all rights to their music.

“This Converse Rubber Tracks studio takeover is the biggest thing we've done for the platform to date, and we’re thrilled to have reached so many local music communities worldwide in just the registration period alone,”  Converse Global Music Marketing Director Jed Lewis said.
