The Sad Grrrls Club collective have announced the first event that they’ll be presenting in 2016.  

The Sad Grrrls Club collective have announced the first event that they’ll be presenting in 2016.

‘Sugar Jar – An Art Exhibition’ will be hosted by Gallery Sixty One Revisited in Newcastle, New South Wales, and will involve an exhibition of the works of Ben Dean, Danielle Emery, and Racheal McCallum.

It opens on Friday, February 19th at 6pm, and will feature music by Dog Dirt and Rachel Maria Cox. Find the event details here.

Sad Grrls Club is “a collective of non-male musicians and music industry professionals based in Australia”. Their aim is to “promote gender diversity in the local music scene by giving non-males a helping hand to create music and get that music heard.”
