The Ghost Inside drummer Andrew Tkaczyk, like his fellow band mates, continues to recover from serious injuries sustained in last year's bus crash.

This week, the musician, posting via Instagram, shared a brief video that shows the current rehabilitation process. As reported in January, Tkaczyk sadly lost his right leg due to the accident, with the drummer also placed in an induced coma during his initial hospital stay.

The video (view below) features Tkaczyk undertaking strength and conditioning exercises, accompanied with the caption, "Strengthening that ankle and calf muscles. One day at a time. Be strong."

The Ghost Inside are thankfully now returning to some normality, with vocalist Jonathan Vigil recently posting a photo from an LA Kings game (we'll forgive him for his choice of team, though). However, the road to full health is still a long process, with Vigil also unfortunately observing some ankle biopsy results from last month weren't as hoped.

You can still contribute to a GoFundMe campaign set-up to help the band members with associated medical costs. Equally, the group’s label, Epitaph, is also still donating all profits from the worldwide sales of The Ghost Inside‘s catalogue direct to the band “indefinitely.”
