Just an FYI for those of you heading out to the rescheduled Bring Me The Horizon tour next year.

Look, let's get this out of the way now: Architects may have just been the best support slot for the Bring Me The Horizon tour.

Architects had the momentum coming in from their cracking album, 'All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us', their last Australian appearance in 2014 was incredibly well received, they were playing under their longtime mates in Bring Me The Horizon, and fans and peers around the world were commiserating and banding behind them in the wake of the sudden and tragic passing of guitarist, Tom Searle.

However, the universe had other plans and due to Oliver Sykes' vocal and throat issues, the tour was sadly cancelled, and back home the bands went. Yet standing second down the line from Architects for a fitting supporting act for this rescheduled tour is Canberra's Hands Like Houses.

Detouring from their own headline run (and come on, it's BMTH - as if any band wouldn't jump at that chance) they'll be joining the British lads in early February for the three rescheduled shows that were abruptly cancelled earlier this year.

Now, the last time that I saw Hands Like Houses play live was on the Equinox tour with In Hearts Wake and Northlane, and man, this band has really ironed out the kinks of their live show since 2015 and their Enter Shikari support slot. (If you saw that tour's Melbourne show, then you'll know exactly what I mean). Their new album 'Dissonants' is one of those records that's just better experienced in the live setting, and the album's anthemic songs really gel with the vibe of BMTH's past two records - 'Sempiternal' and 'That's The Spirit'.

So check out HLH's latest single/music video, 'Perspective's below, suss out the tour dates, go grab tickets for it and boom - Robert's ya father's brother.
