Come one final tour this February, Syndey's Our Past Days will be throwing in the towel and disbanding.

2016 was a big year for the local pop-punk outfit, with the band becoming the flagship group for new Aussie label, Greyscale Records, supporting The Wonder Years & Knuckle Puck, recently playing at Invasion Fest last month, as well as seeing the group putting out their solid debut album, 'Keep Safe'.

In our initial review of that debut record, KYS writer Peyton Bernhardt said that "‘Keep Safe’ is a noteworthy offering from a band that deserves a place in the Spotify rotation of pop-punk and post-hardcore fans the world over. For a debut album, it demonstrates a real goddamn sense of maturity for Our Past Days, who have delivered an LP that’s expressive and distinctive."

Announcing their break up last night via social media, the band stated that:

"It's with heavy hearts we're letting you all know we're moving on. We've had the absolute time of our lives, travelled to amazing places, and made friendships we're so grateful for. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us along the way and to our family at Greyscale Records. Our upcoming tour with Trophy Eyes will be our last time on the road and we'll be announcing one final Sydney show for everyone who missed tickets and one last time to say goodbye.

Much love

Our Past Days"
