Invasion Fest 2017 is gonna be huge.
The full, 16-band lineup for Invasion Fest 2017 was announced today, giving punters the full rundown on who to expect at this year’s inaugural heavy music one-dayer. Going down on Saturday, December 9th at Arrow On Swanson, this year’s instalment of Invasion Fest is looking to top last year’s outing, which featured a damned solid list of bands, from Belle Haven, Ocean Grove, Kublai Khan, Graves, Dregg, among others.
On the international front, the show’s two headliners will be the down-tuned mosh lords in The Acacia Strain as well as the returning, shredded dudes in Kublai Khan, with both bands performing on the back of their new records – ‘Gravebloom‘ and ‘Nomad‘ respectively.
Then on the Aussie front, you’ve got a wicked list of local alternative/heavy music talents to enjoy, featuring the likes of Aburden, Alpha Wolf, Broken, Deadlights, Endless Heights, Eat Your Heart Out, Honest Crooks, Outright HC, Reactions, Sleep Talk, Stepson and Void Of Vision. You’ve also got both Stepson and Cursed Earth coming back from last year’s lineup and the mighty Justice For The Damned will be returning for their third year in a row.
At the time of writing, there are less than 100 tickets left for Invasion Fest 2017, so pick up any of the remaining tix reserves here if you are (for some reason) still on the fence about going. Seriously, this is going to be a time and half!
