Sleep Talk Drop Emotional & Dynamic Rollercoaster, 'New Tradition'

Come suss the newie from Adelaide's Sleep Talk. 

Last night, Sleep Talk dropped one hell of a hefty new tune.

Recorded, mixed & mastered by Jarred Nettle (from House of SAP), new single 'New Tradition' is a dynamic, emotional ride for this budding Adelaide melodic-hardcore outfit - familiar but solid at the same time. Whether it's those slick choruses a la their peers in Easy Life, that riff-heavy, driving hardcore mid-section, or the quieter and emotionally pained finale; 'New Tradition' is, as some people like to say, an utter choon.

However, the song's accompanying music video, directed by Crystal Arrow Films, does just feel more of an excuse to do some really cool video shoots and filming ideas rather than anything close to a cohesive theme or narrative - something that their stellar one-shot, one-take 'Sorry' film clip nailed last year. Still, it's better than your typical "band plays in forest" videos that clog up the internet's bandwidth.
