Lil' Wayne quits rapping

In between this and "Snoop Lion", the world of hip hop's been a bit out there lately...

Lil' Wayne told Atlanta radio station Hot 107.9 that he would soon retire from music in order to focus on skating. He attributes this to his upcoming 30th birthday, saying as he has been rapping since he was eight years old, he has grown tired of it. 

Whether he will follow through on this or not, only time can tell. This has been the latest in a bizarre string of news events from the Hip Hop industry.
