According to SupJustin, Brandon Bolmer of Yesterdays Rising Yesterdays Rising is the new singer of Chiodos.

BOOM! headhunted! His voice is wicked, as much as I love Craig Owens, I think this dudes voice will suit the band a bit more, might let them get a bit more heavy
