Chon Confirm First-ever Australian Headline Tour

San Diego prog-rock outfit Chon have locked in their first-ever Aussie headline tour.

They’ll return to the country next February, following an Australian support slot with Between The Buried & Me in 2016.

Chon’s self-titled third LP dropped in June, with guitarist Mario Camarena noting: “We really wanted to make songs with more simplistic structures, but also the craziest parts we’ve ever had musically. I think our music is already so weird that when the structure is also crazy, it can be hard to follow. I really wanted this new album to appeal to people who maybe don’t listen to this style of music.”
