Emerging Adelaide Band Added To Soundwave Line-Up

Emerging Adelaide quartet A Ghost Orchestra have been confirmed to play Soundwave.

The hardcore outfit, who have been playing together since 2012, are the first act to be announced for the triple j Unearthed Soundwave comp that gives rising artists the opportunity to play the heavy music event.

The band took to Facebook to express their feelings about the news, saying they felt "overwhelmingly privileged" to be playing the festival.

A Ghost Orchestra will only appear at the Adelaide leg of the event on Saturday, 21 and Sunday, 22 Feb at Bonython Park. More details can be found in theGuide, The Music App and our dedicated Festivals tab.

Another triple j Unearthed Soundwave winner is slated to be announced on the stations' The Racket program tonight.
