Ludacris, Akon & Tyga Lead Juicy Fest 2025 Line-up

The line-up for Juicy Fest 2025 is finally here, a week after the festival's organisers announced its return and revealed that today’s announcement would be delayed due to locking in a huge act.

And the line-up for Juicy Fest 2025 is huge, with rapper and actor Ludacris headlining the event ahead of Akon and Tyga. Below those three, Juicy Fest has locked in Keyshia Cole, Omarion, Fat Joe, SWV, Blackstreet, and Jacquees. Like the two line-ups before it, Juicy Fest features big names from ‘90s, 2000s, and 2010s R&B and hip-hop.

Juicy Fest returns to eight cities across New Zealand and Australia in January 2025.

The festival tour starts on Wednesday, 8 January, in Christchurch before heading to Wellington (Friday, 10 January), Auckland (Saturday, 11 January), Tauranga (Sunday, 12 January), Perth (Wednesday, 15 January), Melbourne (Friday, 17 January), Sydney (Saturday, 18 January), and Queensland on Sunday, 19 January.

The 2024 edition of Juicy Fest was headlined by some of hip-hop and R&B’s greatest trailblazers, including T-Pain, Ashanti, and T.I. The rest of the line-up featured 90s and 2000s legends such as Mase, Trey Songz, Fabolous, Bizzy Bone, Keri Hilson, and Mario.

Juicy Fest promoter Matthew Spratt said about the 2025 line-up in a statement, “This year’s line-up is packed with artists responsible for some of R&B and hip hop’s biggest hits of the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s, and we’re excited to see the crowd respond to the high energy of our artists.

“We’ve locked in some of the biggest names in R&B and hip hop from the 1990s and 2000s era, and they’re just as excited about coming to Australia as we are about hosting them.”

Fellow promoter Glenn Meikle added, “Every year, we are excited to bring another line-up to Australia, and we believe we’ve come up with a high-calibre group of artists that people will be excited to see.”
