None of the tracks on offer are terrible, but if you’re in the same boat as myself then the band’s back catalogue will have you longing for a return to the D’uh, Trashed and Hoss days. 

Lauren Harris - Calm Before The Storm

While attempts have obviously been made to create an obtainable pop rock album, it is clear that there is no spark within this current lineup to leave anything in the annals of history. High end production and perfect performances are still no match for a well written song!

Lamexcuse - Life.Like.Wild

Top notch Australian punk band producing a solid record. A win for the ear drums and a win for aussie punk rock. Would buy record anyday.

Lifetime - Lifetime

Say what you want about Pete Wentz and Fallout Boy, but the dude was kind enough to sign Lifetime and in turn, give us another punk rock classic. Buy it, learn the words and go sing-a-long when they hit your town in December!

Last Of The Believers - Paper Ships Under A Burning Bridge

Chalk it up to the band members many years experience in other similar acts, but “Last Of The Believers” have released one of my favourite punk/hardcore records of 2007. It’s only so check it out!

Limbeck - Limbeck

To sweeten the deal, the local release of “Limbeck” includes 2 extra tracks, which haven’t just been thrown together – both are excellent songs in their own right and compliment the vibe of the overall record really well. 

I get the feeling that a Limbeck show would be a hell of a lot of fun, so I’m eagerly anticipating a tour announcement from these guys! Oh yeah, buy this record!
