Rolo Tomassi - Eternal Youth
Whether you are a fan of Rolo Tomassi or not the enjoyment level for this release will be the same, as it not only offers up some great tracks that you may not know about and some cool alternate versions of ones you do, but it presents the songs in such away that you could consider this the group’s new album, just with a butt load of material on it.

Rival Schools - Pedals
After listening to this record, it won’t feel like there has been such a gap between the two releases. Rather than being some sort of reunion for the sake of cash flow, ‘Pedals’ is the next logical step for the band after ‘United By Fate,’ and shows that these guys can still make great music, the type that influences and inspires others.

Rise Against - Endgame
If you're still hanging onto the idea that Rise Against are going to release another Revolutions Per Minute, prepare to be continually disappointed. Rise Against continue to develop their more accessible style prominent in Appeal To Reason while delving into new territories and exploring new ideas. While some tracks are lacking innovation, overall this album deserves a lot of praise and will continue to push them to uncanny heights. These songs will sound good in stadiums.

Rob Zombie - Hellbilly Deluxe 2
This album will never become as classic as the original, but it is still another enjoyable and interesting view into the twisted world of Rob Zombie.

Relentless - Set In Stone
Relentless are a band who know how to adapt to their surroundings. The new album 'Set In Stone' is proof of the Sydney based quintet's ability to acclimatise itself to the standard expected from the hardcore scene in 2010. Since their previous Dogfight Records output, the band has made their ambitions clear, and what we are left with is a step up on all fronts - a record worthy of praise not just for its quality, but for the efforts of each member.

Rolo Tomassi - Cosmology
In an age where there’s a tendency for bands to follow one another around in circles blinded by the desire to simply cash in on the most popular sound of the time, it’s refreshing to hear a band figuratively give the music industry the finger and to go and do their own thing. Rolo Tomassi’s music may be an acquired taste and one that still requires refining, but given enough time, and they could well find themselves ahead the pack as a band who had the integrity to lead rather than follow.

Rammstein - Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da
‘Liebe Ist Fur Alle Da’ delivers everything one would expect from a Rammstein album. Lindemann stills gives the impression that he is ready to launch through the speakers and rip your head off. For Rammstein that can only be a good thing as it means they are doing their job.

Ravior - Sub Rosa
‘Sub Rosa’ is a five-track composite of rhythm, groove and discordant rock. Nothing new but nothing bland either – just something in between. It is worth a run in the stereo.

Reign Supreme - Testing The Limits Of Infinite
This record should launch Reign Supreme into being one of the bigger bands in hardcore in the years to come. Another solid album from the Deathwish family.

Rise Against - Appeal To Reason
Once again Rise Against have shown why they are a band with universal appeal (pun fully intended). They are as popular with the Taste Of Chaos crowd as they are with the Fat Wreck obsessed masses, and if they continue to write records of this caliber then they will remain a relevant part of modern punk rock for years to come.
