Fifty Sixx - Prescriptions For The Rich (EP)
The packaging (courtesy of The
Kingdom Of Sad Machines) of this EP looks fantastic and the production
– while a little too polished for my liking – does the band's songs
justice. I'm keen to see what these guys can come up with next time.

Funeral For A Friend - Tales Don’t Tell Themselves
My only gripe with “Tales Don’t
Tell Themselves” is that too many of the songs seem to follow the
same the path, and while each track is able to successfully stand on
its own, the songs can blend into one another.
One of the better rock albums I’ve come across this year!

Fall Out Boy - Infinity on High
Fall Out Boy’s ability to appeal to pop fans and hardcore kids alike has ensured they will be the biggest band of 2007. If you don’t believe me, ask your little sister… I’m sure she’ll agree.

Frenzal Rhomb - Forever Malcolm Young
This CD won’t change anyone’s opinion on Frenzal Rhomb. If you hate
them, you’re still going to hate them (and chances are one of the songs
on here is talking about you). If you love them, you’re going to get
hours of listening pleasure out of this record.
I’ll leave you with the wise words of Frenzal front man Jay: “Johnny Ramone was in a fucken good band but he was a cunt”.
