Tuscaloosa's Gideon are the latest victims of theft while on tour.

The internationals, performing in Oakland at the time, discovered their tour van broken into, with thieves stealing what was estimated at around $8,500 worth of possessions, which included merch money, guarantees and a host of personal belongings.

Subsequently, a Go Fund Me campaign has now been set-up to help recoup some costs. Currently, donations tally just under $3,000.

"We were robbed last night in Oakland.  If you would like to donate, some good friends of ours have set up a Go Fund Me to help recoup some of our losses. Robbing bands is really whack FYI," Gideon state.
